PETS - Pets are not permitted in rental unit under any conditions.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests is limited to sixteen (16) persons. An additional charge or $50.00 per person per night for guests in addition to sixteen (16) will be assessed.
INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen & towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate.
NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE – While linens, bath towels and beach towels are included in the unit daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
RATE CHANGES – Rates subject to change without notice.
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.

SEASONAL FLUCTUATIONS: 95% of the time, the road to the property is accessible; however, there is a small chance the road becomes inaccessible seasonally. In this occurrence, a full refund is available for dates booked.
GENERAL WEATHER AND FLIGHT DELAYS: Property owner is not responsible for events associated with guests delayed arrival or departure due to extreme weather. While we have been successful in getting all of our guests out of the valley in time for their flights with no delays, we highly recommend guests arrange additional accommodations on the Island for a day at the end of their stay to ensure a smooth transition to the airport and alleviate the stress in catching flights in a timely manner.
PARKING – Parking is limited to 3 vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
WATER AND SEPTIC – The house is on a cesspool system. The cesspool system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than the provided rapid dissolve toilet paper. Pumping fees may be charged to guest if improper use of system is determined.
HOLD HARMLESS
The tenant and guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless property owner(s) Laurence Wong, Raoul Goff, personnel, administrators, directors and/or agents from and against all claims, demands, loss, liability of any kind and character, including cost of defense, arising out of or in any way connected with the tenant’s use of the property: in the event tenant or guests suffer personal/physical/property damage, injury, or loss. Laurence Wong, Raoul Goff, personnel, administrators, directors and/or agents are not responsible for lost or stolen items. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
I have read these rental terms and by paying the reservation deposit and damage waiver I agree to abide by the terms of this agreement.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
RESERVATION DEPOSIT - A reservation deposit of 1/2 of the total rental fee and cleaning fee is required to secure the booking. The deposit is applied towards rental and cleaning fees.
DAMAGE WAIVER – Must be paid at time of reservation in order to confirm reservation
PAYMENT – The full rental rate along with cleaning fee is required 30 days before arrival. Please make payments via credit card, e-check, or personal check payable to Raoul Goff (P.O. Box 1433, Honoka'a, Hawaii 96727)
CANCELLATIONS – The total rental fee and cleaning fee is 100% refundable if the owner is notified more than 14 days in advance from the scheduled arrival date. 50% refund if the booking is cancelled within 7 days. The deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is canceled less than 72 hours from arrival date.
